About Me:

I spent over 30 years as a Massage Practitioner, helping people heal and reconnect. When COVID hit, I lost my client base overnight, but it also gave me the chance to rediscover another kind of healing: storytelling. Writing became my hobby, a way to stay grounded and creative during uncertain times. 

After completing an online scriptwriting course, I gained the confidence and technical skills to bring my ideas to life. 

Since then, I’ve written many works, especially proud of: TRICKETT, an Australian screenplay,  inspired by a remarkable hero at the request of a close friend, in memory of Louie Petrin and also a biographical stage play about the Beatles, a story that has moved me since childhood.

My destiny is to bring these works to life and perform on stage, screen or stream -  connecting the audience through emotion, music,  and a love of storytelling and the Arts.

The Beatles will live forever in the hearts of Loyal Fans and inspire future generations.

In 1876, Edward “Ned” Trickett, a humble Rower and Sculler from Sydney, dares to chase an impossible dream — to take on the British elite at the Thames River Regatta, Championship, London and bring home a world title for Australia.

Armed with little more than his grit, belief, and a hand-built scull, Trickett’s journey takes him from the muddy banks of the Parramatta River to the heart of London, where class, weather, and national pride collide. Against overwhelming odds, this unassuming Aussie Lad rows his way into history — becoming Australia’s first world sporting champion and igniting a nation’s pride long before Cricket, Footy and Federation.

It explores a unique period when Australians and Britons found themselves at odds in sports, united as Mates in the face of conflict & conditions.
